Process
Our London builders and architects and builders cover house renovations, house refurbishment, loft extensions, home extensions, kitchen extension, home renovation and building refurbishment, primarily in South West London (e.g. Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington) and Oxford.
Our builders an architects provide a full design and build service which covers the project from concept to completion through three phases. Each phase stands alone and completing one phase doesn't commit you to another. If you already have a design team in place we are very happy to work with them.
Plan
The Plan phase starts with a no-obligation meeting with you the client. If commissioned we then carry out a measured survey of the property, draft design proposals and submit to the local planning authority. The application is tracked through the planning process until permission is approved.
Design
Following success at planning, we develop the design further with you the client and any necessary consultant input. This information is compiled to produce the Construction Drawings and Schedule of Works. These documents are used for local authority building control approval, pricing and to complete the build.
Build
One of our experienced project managers will head a skilled building team to turn your design into reality.
