  1. Client Brief

    Following a no-obligation meeting with you to discuss your project we will define a project brief and outline possible routes forward. If you wish to proceed, we will give you a fixed price design schedule and advise you of any third party expertise your project may require.

  2. Measured Survey

    A measured survey of your premises will be carried out and drawings of your existing property prepared.

  3. Design Concepts

    Our team will prepare sketch designs showing you options regarding your project. These will be considered within the planning guidelines of your local authority.

  4. Client Agreement

    We will work closely with you to finalise a design that achieves the full desired potential of your property.

  5. Submission

    Existing and proposed plans, sections and elevations will be submitted to the local authority for approval. We will monitor the progress of your application throughout the planning process.
