Our London architects and builders cover building refurbishment, house refurbishment, house renovations, home extensions, loft extensions, kitchen extension and home renovation, primarily in South West London (e.g. Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington) and Oxford.

Project Management
Our project manager work closely with the designers ensuring a buildable design increasing efficiency on site enormously.

Timeline
We will produce a program of work giving the proposed timings of project stages. This timeline allows a framework within which major decisions need to be made.

Consistent Crews
Our crews work together full time and we have high staff retention. We tend to use the same specialist subcontractors. Consistent teams lead to efficiency as people are familiar with each other and the company process.

Client Input
Within the constraints of the contract we try and give the client as much flexibility and control as possible.

Certificate of Approval
On completion of the building work we will provide a pack containing all relevant certificate and manuals for the property.

As a Masterbonded building company, our work is regularly inspected by the BBA, enabling us to offer an insurance backed 10 year guarantee.
