Hammersmith & Fulham Architect's project:
A good example of re-use of a brownfield site. This was a challenging refurbishment development project to convert a derelict house with a disused electrical store into six one-bedroom flats. Complicated planning issues took a year to resolve however a quality housing development, in Hammersmith & Fulham, was achieved.
